« The Soul of the World gave us a precious team consisting of two horses and a coachman. The two horses are the physical body and the emotional and psychic body. The coachman is the spiritual soul or the spirit. Throughout life, we will have to learn to master this strange hitch. For its proper functioning is a perfect symbiosis between the three elements that make up it. If the coachman is weak or inexperienced and does not dominate his mounts, the hitch will go anywhere, run aground in a ravine or wander endlessly. If the mounts do not get along, the hitch will be very difficult to hold and its race chaotic. If the mounts are tired or malnourished, the hitch will move forward painfully. Learning to live begins by getting to know and take care of one's body, psyche and mind, and fostering the good understanding of these three dimensions of our being. »
