« Every day, I draw the cards of the "tarot of angels" (marketed as Angel Cards, www.innerlinks.com), so as not to lose sight of my values. In the morning, when I get up, I invite a guardian angel to watch over me by flipping one of the cards of the game: a term is included, which will feed my reflection the rest of the day. If I feel tense or need to make a big phone call, I draw a new card that helps me focus. I cultivate my availability of mind in order to welcome absolutely everything that the outside world can bring to me: the opportunities that are available to me when I try to keep my mind as open as possible are generally successful for me. The maps of the "tarot of angels" contain terms such as enthusiasm, abundance, knowledge, clarity, integrity, play, freedom, responsibility, harmony, grace or birth. Drawing the cards of the "tarot of angels" is in short one of the simplest and most effective ways to escape the incessant judgments of my left hemisphere. »

« It is as easy for me to stimulate the neural circuit of joy as it is to stimulate the fury. From a biological point of view, my right hemisphere is constantly bathed in tranquillity. The cells that arouse it in me never cease to activate, which offers me the opportunity to reconnect at any time with my spontaneous joy. The neurons that cause my anger do not work non-stop but the slightest threat is unfortunately enough to activate them. However, nothing prevents me from enjoying my joie de vivre, as soon as I have passed my initial physiological reaction. »

« If I were to describe what I feel deep in my right hemisphere, I would use the term "joy." My right hemisphere exults at the mere thought of being alive! What is not my wonder when I think that it is in my power to merge with the rest of the universe while also maintaining an individual identity that allows me to evolve in the world by transforming it according to my will! If the very notion of joy seems incongruous to you, rest assured: the neural circuits that cause such emotion have not disappeared from your brain. The overactivity of your cells that generate anxiety or fear simply inhibits them. How I wish you could get rid of your emotional baggage to regain your spontaneous joy of being in the world! The secret of tranquillity is to drive away the agonizing thoughts that distract us from here and now and from the messages that our five senses constantly convey to us. Our desire for peace must take precedence over our attachment to our suffering or our ego or our desire to prevail at all costs. As this little phrase that I like very much says: "Is it better to be right or to be happy? »
