« It seems to me that some people do not choose happiness because of the feeling of power that comes from emotions as strong as anger or jealousy. I know some people who decide from time to time to get angry with the sole intention of feeling themselves again. »

« I like to define fear as "a deceptive illusion that we have the misfortune to confuse with reality." I never forget that my thoughts are born only from transient physiological processes. Let my little inner voice ride on his great horses if the heart tells him! I keep conscious of being one with the rest of the universe. So the very notion of fear doesn't mean much to me anymore. Taking responsibility for the neural circuits that I set in motion protects me from angry reactions that are too impetuous or too quickly. Since I don't want to get scared or get into rage too often, I like to give up scary movies or do without the company of people with a milk soup character. My lifestyle shapes my neural wiring every day. Since I like to feel heart-to-heart, I rather seek the society of those who value my joie de vivre. »
